Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription refunds, credit-pack refunds, generated asset refunds, failed payment issues, and dispute handling work for Wireframe Studio.

Subscriptions

First-time subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days when the account has not materially consumed credits or downloaded completed deliverables.

Renewals are generally non-refundable after the renewal period begins, but users can cancel to stop the next renewal. Where applicable law requires a different result, that law will apply.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable only before credits are used. Once credits are consumed for chat, brand kit generation, video generation, export packaging, or related processing, the consumed portion is not refundable.

Credits are service usage units for Wireframe Studio only. They are not stored money, gift cards, transferable balances, or payment instruments.

Generated deliverables

Completed AI deliverables are custom digital outputs. Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with a subjective style result after credits have been consumed and files have been delivered.

If a technical failure prevents delivery, we may restore credits, rerun the generation, or issue a refund for the affected transaction.

How to request a refund

Email support@wireframestudi.com with the account email, invoice date, plan or credit pack, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots.

We may ask for enough information to verify the purchase and assess whether credits or deliverables were used.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first so we can investigate the invoice, usage logs, cancellation state, and delivery status.

When a card dispute is opened, payment networks may withdraw the disputed amount and fees while evidence is reviewed. We keep records of checkout consent, policy links, invoices, usage, delivered assets, cancellation state, and support communication for dispute response.
